Returns Policy

You can return your order for a full refund within 14 days of receiving it, providing:

• The product has not been used
• The product is in its original packaging and the seal is in tact
• It is in a resalable condition


If you are not satisfied you may cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or refund, even if you have opened the goods to inspect them, as long as you have taken reasonable care of the goods.

In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged or is faulty, we will exchange the order, or offer you a full refund. 

Returns Procedure

To cancel your purchase, please contact us via the Contact Us page Enquiry Form on our website to request a returns authorisation, stating the items to be returned with your reasons for returning.  Please use the original box and packaging material if possible when packing the goods.

To return a purchase, please send via secure signed for delivery method with suitable level of insurance cover. Please include your returns authorisation number, contact details

Receiving Refunds
When your parcel is returned and processed, you will receive a returns confirmation email. After we have received and checked your return order, we will refund your purchase amount using the original payment method; it may take several days to a week before the money is actually refunded.
